There are several methods used in this manufacturing process:

Our high-speed pipe and tube bending service achieves the angles you need with rapid turnaround times. Consider a mandrel bending service, one of the most common, for minimal collapse in tight radius situations. We also use rotary draw bending without a mandrel, which is common for gas tubes, hydraulic lines, and oxygen lines.
At Ohio Laser, we use the AMOB 100 10-axis all-electric CNC tube bender. This powerful machine features real-time monitoring, adaptive bending algorithms, and other state-of-the-art features to deliver the precision components you need.
The AMOB tube and pipe bender can work with many different tube sizes, materials, and tube shapes. Our machine can bend round and oval pipe up to 4” inch OD , square tubing up to 2.75” and rectangle pipe with dimensions up to 3” x 2.5”. The maximum tube processing thickness is up to ¼”, please consult with Ohio Laser to discuss stretch factors on thinner materials.
